If you are not 100% satisfied with your product for any reason within the first 30 days please contact us to return your item for refund/replacement.
- Please note all returns must include an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) to be returned. Failure to include an RMA# issued by us may result in your return not being processed correctly, or in a timely manner, or processed at all.
- All products returned for a credit or refund that are not defective must be returned in brand new condition and must include the undamaged original manufacturer packing for a full purchase price refund. Otherwise a 10% restock fee may be applied.
- All of the batteries that we sell have a 1 year replacement warranty from date of purchase and all of the cables that we sell have a 3 year replacement warranty from date of purchase.
