A perfect match to the Nook.

Fit into a very old "dead" Nook I received (instead of being thrown away) and it is now working like a charm. The tools were a bonus for a fool proof replacement. Battery lasts about three weeks with my regular use of about an hour or two a day.
I can't believe that Barns & Noble still provides 3G cell network access for life for the Nook. I placed all my technical PDF in a 16GB card and use it as a portable library.

First generation Nook lives again

My first generation Nook is quite a few years old and hadn't been turned on for awhile. The original battery was failing and wouldn't charge above 17% and couldn't fully load the software. I am glad that I found this battery. I received the battery on the first day of the estimated delivery period. The toolkit was great and made it very easy to pop out the old battery and insert the new one. The new battery was already charged and I was able to check the unit immediately and found all of my latest books already present. I am so glad that I didn't have to send the Nook for recycling when the only problem was the battery.

I wanted to wait a good week or do to give the battery time to prove its self. Well it did. Excellent battery. Arrived before schedule and fully charged. Easy to install (once I figured out how to pop the device open) it was almost 5 days before I put it on the charger and it really didn't need to be. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
