Saved me a bundle

The kit is fantastic! The battery wasn't some piece of junk that had lost its life sitting on a shelf: it charged completely, and maintains charge. It saved me a bundle of money - sending a dead Vita to Sony would've cost me $90, a new Vita at $200, for an LCD screen rather than the current OLED, wasn't something I was too crazy about either. Replace the battery myself for < $20? _So_ worth it!
The kit comes with all the tools you'll need (and you really will want a screwdriver as minuscule as this one - even smaller than any in my "tiny screwdrivers" set. What it didn't come with was instructions, and some care is necessary as even once you've separated the two sides of your Vita case, they are connected with cables, and carelessly ripping the halves apart after removing the screws will bring you sadness. I recommend finding a detailed set of instructions on the web, which are not hard to find. I'd take a star off for that, but... I'm just too pleased with how well my Vita is working now!

Very happy with this purchase, it arrived ahead of schedule and with a decent charge. The tools provided made the change quick and easy. The only downside is there are no instructions, but a quick YouTube search will give a good walk through for you. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a new battery for their Vita.
