Necessary Replacement Tools:

• Precision Small Phillips #00 Screwdriver
• Plastic Opening Tools

Step 1

• Using one of the plastic opening tools, start above one of the page-turning buttons and pry open the back of the device.
• Be careful to not pry directly on the page turning buttons as this will damage the buttons.
• If you are having trouble getting an initial gap to pry from, run the flat edge of the pry tool along the front-to-back plate seam until it slips into a gap.
  

  

Step 2

• Locate and remove the (2) silver screws on the battery using the (00) Philips screwdriver.(Pictured below)
  

  

Step 3

• Lift battery out of housing starting at the end you removed the screws from.

  

Step 4

Once the old battery is removed, replace with your
