    Purchased 2 batteries. The first 1 installed no issues. The 2nd one had the polarity reversed. This caused the battery to heat up very quickly, and could have, but didn't cause damage to the watch. I quickly removed the battery. And emailed support. They allowed for free return and replacement. The replacement batter worked as described.

    The watch seems to recognize about 90% of the battery life, even after being "fully" charged. But it was easy to change out and working great now

    Watch a YouTube video to avoid ruining tour TomTom. The battery doesn’t last as long as the original.
